I realize that both games are in the same multiverse and there are many theories on how Teyvat and Honkai worlds are connected. And we've only talked with the Sustainer only once, but she shares same aesthetics of Kiana (specifically, HoV). Not to mention, when dealing with Khaenri'ah, it sounds like she's curbing their progression in order to prevent the Honkai from coming.

That was a very old theory but now we have more interesting things

I wasn’t trying to say that she was trying to prevent the Honkai I just pointed it out because of the new possible theories on her origin

So I'm only in chapter 14 with reading most of the manga stuff and some spattering of stuff in the future chapters, and I have a question, does Otto actually care about the Honkai? Sure, he wants to stop them, like anyone else, but is his focus more on reviving or replacing Kallan and the family he's never had?
I'm just thinking out loud from where I am and what I've seen. And yes, I think that Otto is evil. But I also see a broken man who desperately wants the family he never had.

Well I do know the answer but you do need to watch Thus Spoke Apocalypse but yes he is doing it for Kallen just not in the way you think
If I'm not mistaken, she took the Hokai cube thing from the Schicksal (which, if I'm not mistaken, is the church like organization). She hid it in the east, but was eventually caught and sentenced to death. Otto tried to save her by releasing some Hokai but she stayed to fight and didn't make it.

So, just I'm clear on the timeline with in regard to the Honkai Impacts within the Current Era, because it's getting a bit fuzzy at the moment.
The first happened a long time ago before any of the "major" characters existed.
The 2nd, was with Sirin (which was explained in the comic).
The 3rd was Raiden Mei who reverted back shortly after.
Has there been a 4th? Was that with Kiana and the Void Queen? Or is that not considered one since Kiana is just a clone of Sirin?
Not to mention HoR, which happened in the Sea of Quanta, so maybe not since that's kinda a "secret" one.
Also, I just finished the chapters with the Ice Queen/Anna. Is that considered one? Or two with Owl?
And then, HoS was just introduced, so is that another?
Am I on the 6th impact at the moment?

Yes the fourth eruption was HoV Kiana and the first eruption brought about HoR but I don’t believe there has been a believe any other Herrscher has brought about another eruption but the end of the arc might have brought about a new eruption but I don’t think so

The Herrscher of Ice was the fifth Herrscher of the old era and they still use that numbering because the ninth Herrscher is Owl and the eighth is HoS for example
